Dr. Nicole Constantine is a native to the Lowcountry and has proudly served pets of the Lowcountry since 2005. Dr. Constantine received her Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University in 2000 and then received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Tennessee in 2004. She practiced at Goose Creek Veterinary Clinic providing both medicine and surgery for dogs and cats.
Dr. Constantine started a house call practice to provide a unique service and personal attention to her clients and patients. Special areas of veterinary interest include geriatric care, allergies, behavioral medicine, nutrition, hospice, and palliative care.
Prior to starting a housecall practice, Dr. Constantine worked at Goose Creek Veterinary Clinic offering medical and surgical services for dogs and cats.
Dr. Nicole Constantine is married to Dr. Brent Lerma, an associate veterinarian at Goose Creek Veterinary Clinic. Together they live in Hollywood with their four children and four cats. Dr. Constantine enjoys spending time with her family, going to church and bible study, cooking, gardening, camping and going to the beach.
